Established in May 2004, Hangzhou Jinniu Die-Casting Co., Ltd. aims to be a state-of-the-art high pressure aluminum and zinc die casting enterprise.

Supporting demanding customers in the automotive industry, power tool industry, gardening tool industry, hardware industry, as well as several other industries, we continuously offer quality products and services at world competitive prices.

Our company covers more than 10,000 square meters and owns nearly 150 experienced employees. Our cold-chamber die-casting machines from Hong Kong Lijin range from 280 to 800 metric tons. Supporting equipment provides 800kg melting capacity per hour, and finishing facilities include shot blasting and sand blasting machine, automatic painting line, and CNC lathes.

Due to the fast development and recognition of customers' needs, we have set up two sister factories, namely JEMA Tooling and REDE Stamping. Through JEMA Tooling, we can support customer projects from tool design, 3D-modelling, prototyping, solidification simulation to CAD/CAM based die manufacturing. Meanwhile, REDE Stamping delivers hardware products to meet the peripheral demands.
